I went in for a tummy tuck, upon her exam she and no other Doctor found that i had an umbilical hernia which was 8cm long and was repaired at the same time as my tummy tuck from another surgeon. Unlike ALL these other harsh reviews mainly about money, you had a service PAY YOUR BILLS! I had a pleasant experiance with Dr. Martello and she held my hand while going under. Now being 7 years later my tummy tuck still looks tight and still get compliments from family and friends. I HIGHLY recommend her, which I did.

The staff are very friendly and make you feel comfortable and less anxious. She performed inner and outer thigh liposuction on me. Dr Martello is an artist and an expert in her field. I am very happy with the results of my surgery--- Everyday!!

Dr. Martello is the most arrogant human being I have ever met. She cares only about money and zero about her patients. She spent more time congratulating herself than actually taking care of me, and the after care was so abysmal I stopped seeing her. She refuses to talk to me on the phone when I called her about a billing questions. Instead, I heard her talking to her secretary in the background telling him what to say. I think she has a personality disorder.She did surgery on my finger. I still can not bend it all the way. She is not only a terrible doctor, she is the worst human being I've ever met. I'm not exaggerating. Stay away from her at all costs.

I gave birth at the age of 16. Before my pregnancy, I weighed 125 pounds. At the end of my pregnancy, I weighed 150 pounds. A few months after giving birth, I had lost all of the weight that I had gained. The only things that just wouldnt go away were the extra skin and stretch marks. I went to a consultation at her office… for a tummy tuck and liposuction, Dr. Martello eased my nerves by talking to me. Dr. Martello grabbed the extra skin and tissue located below my belly button while I was in a bent position and said, See this? This will all go into the trash. The morning of surgery, the nurse at the surgery center told me that Dr. Martello was a very good doctor and that I was in excellent hands. Dr. Martello stood by me and held my hand while I went to sleep. This made me feel a lot better and more comfortable. I remember her talking to me and then I began to get very sleepy and then I was out cold. I had no pain at all after the tummy tuck and liposuction. This really surprised me! Now, after surgery, my stomach is so flat that you can bounce a quarter off of it! All of my stretch marks are gone and I now wear a size 8 in pants! I have never worn a size 8 in pants IN MY LIFE! Since the surgery, I have lost 21 pounds! I look 100% percent better. I went from a size 14 in pants down to a size 8! At the 6 week follow up appointment, I lost 12 inches around my waist! I even decided to have a breast augmentation after this first surgery! My husband asked me to tell Dr. Martello that he feels like he is with a new woman . . . almost like being with another woman . . . I get many compliments about the way I look. My hat goes off to Dr. Martello. I am now a woman with a new body and I owe it all to her!

My name is Kathy. I am a 65 year old aesthetician. I was born in Budapest, Hungary seven months before World War II. I have always wanted to look my best. The old pants just didnt fit me anymore. They were very, very baggy. All the skirts with fixed beltlines were also loose on me. I had to buy totally new skirts. MY STOMACH WAS FLATTER THAN EVER! Five weeks after my tummy tuck and liposuction, I had my breast augmentation and breast lift. At 6 weeks after surgery, I had decreased by 7 inches around my waist! My experience with plastic surgery changed my life for the better, and that of my familys. I am happier, and therefore, a better Mom, wife and person. My body changed physically, but so did my attitude. I am so much more positive now and I think that comes through in all aspects of my life. I am definitely more outgoing. I wouldnt hesitate to do this again. When people ask me if it was worth it, I dont even think twice. IT WAS SO COMPLETELY WORTH IT!!!!

I am a man in a macho-based profession and I have had 3 different surgeries with Dr. Martello. I had gynecomastia and an extra tire around the middle. The first surgery I had with Dr. Martello involved the removal of extra breast tissue and belly liposuction and love handles. Its a nice feeling to know that there are still doctors out there that care enough to make a house call. I met Dr. Martello thru a family member. She saved this family members life, after a non certified "plastic" surgon did a great deal of harm to her. Dr. Martello took wonderful care for her. She made house calls, checked on her daily. Dr. Martello went above and beyond what a is required of her. Several years later when I had a bleed to my brain, my husband called Dr. Martello and she spent hours finding out things we couldn't and talking to the doctors and surgeons that were taking care of me. She is a caring and informed doctor.
