i AM VERY DIS SATISFIED WITH THE OFFICE STAFF AND NURSE OF DR BOQUERO OFFICE. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR LAB RESULTS GOING ON A MONTH NOW. AND TO HOW DR BOQUERO DESCRIBED MY THYROID CONDITION IT IS SERIOUS. I HAVE BEEN FEELING BAD STILL AND HAD TO GO SEE MY PCP CAUSE I COULDNT GET THROUGH WITH DR BOQUERO OFFICE. I HAD MY LABS DONE AT MY WORK hEALTH TEXAS MEDICAL GROUP BECAUSE I HAD TO GET BACK TO WORK TO CLOSE THE CLINIC THAT DAY. LABS WERE DONE SAME DAY SEEN BY DR BOQUERO ON 4/20/17.

Excellent Doctor...Love her!!

Dr. Baquero is excellent! She is professional and polite. She can and does answer any medical questions I have. I totally trust her as a physician. However, her office nurse is less than efficient. It is very difficult to get her to work with my pharmacy to get refills for Rxs. I need to get that information to Dr. Baquero!!!!

Dr. B is probably one of the best in the area. Unfortunately her staff will not follow up on calls, letters or send you any notice or call to remind you that you have an appointment. EVEN if you ask them to call or email or snail mail. They are not friendly in the least. I really wish she was associated with better staff. She is truly a great doctor. Becuase of the miserable office staff I only wanted to give her 3 stars they are inefficient, lack professionalism, will not provide a reminder service at all. email, snail mail, phone calls, smoke signals....nothing. Such a shame for Dr. B to have this group taking care of her patients. Its obvious she wants the best for you but the staff are not interested in the least. Give her a chance the staff can be fixed. She is prompt, the appointments are easy when you get in to see her finally and if I could have given the staff a zero it would have been more correct.

Trying to get an appointment the nurse will not allow you to speak to the doctor and she states the doctor will call to make appointment. Unbelievable.

First went to Dr. Baquero in the early part of 2013. Her bedside manner is awesome. From the start she she made me feel comfortable. I was able to describe all my symptoms with ease. Something that in the past, other doctors made me feel nervous and uncomfortable about. She took the time to listen to everything I had to say and comforted me by saying we'd work together to find solutions. She has never once dismissed my concerns and addresses them one by one. She takes her time with me. Also, another thing that doctors did in the past would take no more than 5-10 mins. The clinic she is in is not all to bad. But staff can be improved with propper training. Over all I'm thankful I found Dr. Baquero and am under her care. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for an endocrinologist.

Dr. Baquero is a wonderful and personable physician. I love visiting with her and her bedside manner is awesome. I have rarely had to wait for my appointment and she spends all the time you need for her to spend with you. She discusses your concerns and problems regarding your health condition. She is very respectful and just one of the best doctor's I've been to. I would not want to look for another doctor. I highly recommend her!

GREAT DOCTOR...

I have been Dr. Baquero's patient for a little over a year. She is very through and complete in her examination and visits. I feel very comfortable that I am taking better control of my Type 2 diabetes, and I attribute this in part to her treatment and diagnosis. She takes the time to really talk to me, and get a clear picture of what might be causing changes in my overall health. My only complaint would be the long waiting times. I always get there at least 15 min before my appointment, and usually wait at least 20 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, which transalates to over half an hour of waiting. The staff is not as friendly or helpful as I would like, but they get the job done.
