At about 50, I started feeling very sad about how I looked. My was developing a “turkey neck, sagging skin on under my chin and at my neck. by the time I was 55 this year, it bothered me so much that I started looking for any option. A consultation with Dr. Jeannie Chung, and her wonderful office staff manager Julie, they gave me the confidence to have the neck lift. It felt expensive, but in fact was the best thing I ever did! If you are thinking of any face work, I recommend you go to the woman who is the expert in faces. Dr. Chung only does faces and necks, and she is an artist! She has a special sensitivity with women and their expectations and was delightful thru the whole process. The clinicians at the surgical unit at Boson Eye & Ear were also fantastic! After this procedure, I honestly look 10 years younger but still like me. In the end, feeling happy about how you look is priceless!!

Dr. Chung and her staff were exceptionally warm, professional and thorough. Everything went exactly as was outlined from the initial consultation through the post op visits. I work in the conservative professional field dealing with clients every day. For the past 20 years, I have been helplessly looking in the mirror watching my sagging jaw lines and drooping eye lids. But I did not have the courage to take action because I was too afraid such delicate facial surgery would be noticeable. Finally when I turned 55, I started to look into cosmetic surgery. It's been about 7 months since I had a mini face… lift, neck surgery and eye lids surgery performed by Dr. Chung. I have been so pleased with the result; I look so natural, there are no hints of any work done to my face. Furthermore, on a daily basis, people close to me say â??You look so pretty today!" "You look so refreshed!" "You look so young!" Dr. Chung has very delicate fingers, in reference to her "natural looking" work, I called it "God-like" as in "natural creation". As an added surprise, her care and dedication during and after the surgery was something I never expected. It is not often that we encounter such talented medical professional who is so down to earth and genuinely caring. I have several meetings since the surgery and I feel so fortunate to have met this bright eyed, ever smiling energetic, extremely talented and caring person! Thank you Dr. Chung!!!

Dr. Chung is a very professional, very skilled plastic surgeon. I followed her advice and was extremely pleased at the natural looking results after plastic surgery. Also, any potential patient might be interested in the fact that prior to my surgery, I was told by several nurses on the hospital staff that when they had any plastic surgery, they chose Dr. Chung, because they were familiar with the quality of her work. I consider myself very fortunate to have found Dr. Chung and would highly recommend her.

I was very nervous for my first visit to a plastic surgeon! The office was beautiful and the staff made me feel very comfortable. I really felt that Dr Chung listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I've had a few different treatments in the office. First Dr Chung used Botox and Restalane and it really made a big difference! I've also done three Pelleve treatments by their esthetician, Marni. I will continue to visit the office and will send all my friends there!!

Dr. Chung is extremely talented and professional! Her work is outstanding and I was thrilled with the results. She is by far one of the best plastic surgeons in the area.
