Dr. Jeannie Ong Perez, MD

Dr Jeannie and her staff are highly suspect and I hope their office is investigated for fraud and other illegal billing practices. I visited this office for all of 10 mins, Dr Jeannie literally checked my ears then said we'd reschedule the appointment as she exited the exam room. I voiced my concerns about the this to her and the staff and declined to reschedule. Then approximately one month later I received a bill for a COMPREHENSIVE 60 MIN EXAM for $205!!!!!! Thankfully, I reported my fraud suspicion to my insurance provider on the day of the "exam" and gave a detailed account of what took place in case this happened. I'm currently actively RELENTLESSLY calling her office for answers and filing as many complaints as possible about the whole ordeal. It's sickening for any healthcare provider to scam patients. Oh, and as I left, I noticed her office had mostly elderly patients waiting to be seen so I can only imagine what sort "bills" they're receiving for these alleged exams. Seemed… more of a mill to me.

Terrible experience. No comment on how well I did on Immunotherapy with a BJC Doctor. Scammed me for a $250 "deposit" that I may never get back because they refuse to submit billing to my Insurance Company & are playing dumb, like it is me & my Insurance Company's problem. Keep telling "Lori" (must be a make believe person) in billing is never available when I call. I overheard them laughing about me calling for "Lori".

I haven't seen this Doctor for 25 years! I used to see her when I was a little girl. She used to give me allergy injections every week for many years. I will never forget her. She was always so patient and kind! I've thought about her often, especially when I see a yellow jacket!

Office staff is unfriendly and unwilling to help most of the time. They rarely know what is going on or get back to you in a timely manner. Closed on Wednesdays and although the office closes @ 5:00 most days, don't call @ 4:30 with a question because they turn off their computers and are basically done for the day. I'm switching doctors....
