I visited Gingras sleep lab and though I didn't know what to expect the sleep technologist Mary explained everything and made me feel at home. The Dr was lacking in bedside manner but my sleep is so much better and I couldn't be happier with my experience

Things started out well 5 years ago but steadily declined. It is impossible to get in touch with the office to schedule an appointment or get a perscription. The fact that I was not even able to pay my bill after multiple attempts due to an inability to contact the office gives you an idea that if they are not even set up to get paid, what priority is getting an appointment or refilling a prescription... I even tried to get through using the prompt for Doctors - straight to voicemail and no one ever gets back to you. After 10 repeated attempts in a row, I was finally able to get through only to not have my prescription filled for over 2 weeks and counting despite confirmation it would be taken care of same day 2 weeks ago and then once week ago. After calling back a week later after the prescription not being filled - I am now being informed that I need to come in for an appointment in order to get a replacement device - a newer model of the same device I have been using for… over 5 years. I am being refused a prescription for a device needed to save my life even though I had a recent appointment with a billable rate of almost $500 for the last 45 min visit. This is legalized extortion and a violation in my view of ethical medical care.

My Husband was told Today at my Daughters follow-up appointment that we were basically bad parents because we put my Daughter to bed at 8:30 to allow her to fall asleep by 9:15 every night to ensure she as at least 8 hours a sleep a night even when I have to wake her up around 5:30 for school in the morning. According to Dr. Gingras my Daughter is supposed to have 10+ hours a sleep a night so we need to start putting my almost teen daughter to bed between 7:30 and 8:00pm and wake her up later in the morning. When my husband explained to her that my Daughter does not fight with us to wake up in the morning anymore because she is sleepy she interrupted him and said well all the "Sleep Studies" done on children shows that they need almost 10 hours a sleep a night. My husband felt like he was going through a parenting class. This is the 2nd issue we had with this Office, The 1st one is when the 1st referral was sent over to them by my Daughters Doctor I never received a phone call to set… up her consultation even after I called them and left 4 messages. A month later my daughters doctor sent them a 2nd referral that took 3 weeks for them to call me. The place needs to be shut down. I do believe it is time for Dr. Gingras to retire. If I could give them less than a 1 star I would.

I have the unfortunate situation of having to call this my daughter's sleep doctor. Because she is on Medicaid, and very few doctors accept it, I am stuck with this office. We have to have a medication authorization every few months, and it never gets gone in the prescribed 72 hours as suggested when you call. Do not ever leave a message for options 3 or 6, as you will NEVER get a response. Always press 2, even if you need something other than an appointment. When you do get to someone, they will deny they ever received the request saying that it must have been faxed to the wrong number. I have stood at the pharmacy, given them the fax number that I have confirmed multiple times, and they, Dr. Gingras' office, will still say that they did not get it and it must have been a mistake on the pharmacy side. I have read many reviews on this site and others stating the same thing. I have tried to bring this up with Dr. Gingras, but her response is that it was eventually done, so there is… nothing she can do change the past, but it keeps happening! Believe me, if I could change doctors, I would. WORST OFFICE EVER!

My child has ADHD and was having issues sleeping so we were referred to Dr. Gingras to have a sleep study done, and from the get-go, things were awful. They scheduled my child's sleep study without getting prior auth from our insurance and then cancelled it WITHOUT notifying me. The only pleasant experience was when the ACTUAL study took place. The technician was very helpful and friendly. Any time that I have a question regarding my child, it takes the office a week to get back to me and I feel as though the doctor is not very concerned about what is going on with my child, nor does she listen to me or my child. We are looking for someone else and I would not recommend this doctor to anyone else.

1- Dr. Gingras' appointment are always behind schedule. Plan to be there 45 minutes to an hour past your scheduled appointment time 2- If you are visiting the Concord office the computers never work and she can never seem to put her hands on your file. 3- God help you if your refills require authorization. You will need to start calling two weeks in advance. Dr. Gingras' office will always tell you that they did not receive the request from the pharmacy. My pharmacist has placed calls in the morning and has never received return calls by the end of the day. 4 -There is no after hours number even though her website CLEARLY says that the doctor is on call 24 hours per day and your call will be returned promptly. 5- This doctor needs her license REVOKED! 6- Don't waste your time with this doctor.

Awful experience. They did not show up to my daughters sheduled sleep study. I have paperwork with dates and a follow up appointment, yet somehow "she wasn't placed on the schedule". Save yourself the time, money, headache and go anywhere else.
