Who We Are

Neuro On Call is a virtual neurology clinic providing care for patients aged 14 and older. We evaluate and manage headaches and migraines, epilepsy, movement disorders, memory and cognitive concerns, neuropathy, and other neurological symptoms.

Visits are conducted by a board-certified Physician Assistant through a secure video platform. We take a detailed medical history, review available medical records, and perform a focused neurological assessment. When appropriate, we can order imaging, laboratory testing, medications, therapy, and specialist referrals.

Our goal is simple: reliable neurology care without the long wait for an in-person appointment.

Live interpretation is available in more than 200 languages, including American Sign Language, at no additional charge.

Insurance and Self-Pay Options

Neuro On Call is in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas.

Coverage and patient costs vary by health plan, location, and service. Patients should contact Neuro On …Call or their insurance plan before the appointment to confirm eligibility, benefits, and expected costs. Patients are responsible for applicable copayments, coinsurance, deductibles, and services not covered by their plan.

Self-pay appointments are available for patients without eligible insurance coverage and for those who choose not to use insurance. Self-pay fees are due at the time of service.

Self-Pay Visit Fees

• New Patient Consultation: $150
• Follow-Up Visit: $60
• Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) Programming: $85
• Cognitive Testing: $100

There are no hidden self-pay fees.

Creyos Cognitive Testing

Creyos is an online cognitive assessment used to measure memory, attention, executive function, and processing speed. It may help identify cognitive changes associated with concussion, memory concerns, and other neurological conditions.

Testing is completed remotely, and the results are reviewed as part of your care plan.

We currently provide telehealth services to eligible patients located in:

Patients must be physically located in a state where the clinician is licensed at the time of the appointment.
