I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Jed Henry. From the moment I walked into his office, I knew I was in the right hands. He is a consummate professional—extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely invested in his patients' well-being. He took the time to answer all my questions with patience and clarity, which really put my mind at ease. It is rare to find a surgeon who is so technically skilled yet so personable. The entire team at Premier Urology runs like a well-oiled machine, making the whole process stress-free. If you’re looking for the best urological care in Ohio, I cannot recommend Dr. Henry enough!

While I would prefer NOT to see Dr. Henry, or any doctor for that matter, in all honesty Dr. Henry is very good. I've been dealing with stones for some time now, and when I moved to Columbus and met with Dr. Henry, I was just really impressed. First, you don't have to wait a month to get seen, which is really important when you have stones. You aren't a number, or just another patient. He takes the time to actually talk to you as well as listen, and I appreciate a doctor that does that. He explains things very well, thorough and his staff is very nice too. And, the few times I've been there, I was always seen on time, or within 10 minutes of my appointment time, which is darn good from my experiences. I really do recommend Dr. Henry!

Unsurpassed great experience here due to: 1) live person answers phone; 2) no voice mail prompts spinning in a vortex where call goes to never, neverland; 3) time spent in office after check-in is extremely short--don't even need magazines!; 4) Dr Henry is all business but pleasant and friendly too (best of both worlds) plus he explains procedures and is understanding, gentle; 5) cystoscopy can be viewed by both dr and patient simultaneously utilizing most current technology; ) 6) Call backs are not just same day, but same HOUR; 7) office staff make the office run like a well-oiled silent machine; 8) comfortable seating; 9) background music barely present and not blaring; 10) staff are trained to deal quickly and efficiently with patients as a routine expectation. How very glad to have chosen this doctor!

Dr Henry is a very personable and friendly doctor. Talks to you like a human and not like you are a dr yourself. Speaks to you in the terms that a "normal"person would understand. And adding to that he is a very caring doctor and doesn't rush you out of your appointment.

I really liked Dr. Henry. He was friendly understanding and had a great bed side manor.....

Dr. Henry is a problem solver because he seeks a solution instead of perpetual medication. He could give more explanation of the procedure and its alternatives. I would do online research to educate myself and be prepared with questions I would like to have answered. Premier Urology billing service is a little indifferent,regarding call backs and answering questions about what will be covered by insurance. The doctors in this practice should take a little more interest in the billing operation as most people will have multiple contact. Dr. Henry is professional and courteous, his assistants are friendly and make you feel comfortable with these personal medical problems. I only gave three stars to the office staff rating because of the billing department which is probably a outside service.
