Dr. Jeff Andrews, MD

I was referred to Dr. Andrews by a gynecologist in my practice because six doctors over the span of 5 years couldn't figure out what it was. Dr. Andrews diagnosed the common (!) condition within 30 seconds and prescribed medication that essentially made the whole thing go away. I cannot sing Dr. Andrews's praises enough and in fact, I am changing doctors to see him regularly for my physical.

I had an issue I'd been dealing with for approximately 5 years, seeing several doctors, including a physical therapist, with no improvement. Dr. Andrews diagnosed me and had me on medication which resolved the issue in 3 appointments. I'm grateful for his knowledge and expertise! I would highly recommend him.

Dr. Andrews was the kindest & most gentle healthcare professional I have ever known. I had previously been misdiagnosed and suffered intense pain because of bad medical care elsewhere. I am still not over my problem, but am on the mend thanks in part to this doctor for helping me start on the right path. Dr. Andrews was the proverbial "light" to the darkness I had experienced. As others before me have testified, he was courteous, gentle, and very patient. I am sorry he moved so far away, but am happy for his promotion. He deserves it!!!

Dr. Andrews made me feel comfortable and was very thorough in his explanations and diagnosis. He took care of a problem that my physician was not able to diagnosis. He is extremely knowledgeable and answers all questions that you ask. He even recommended nutritional training that helped my cholesterol. I appreciated his concern and attention to detail. He is readily accessible through his nurses if you have an acute problem. I did recommend a friend to him and she was able to get resolution of a long-standing problem.

Dr. Andrews has always been very gentle, putting me at ease immediately at my first visit. No matter how busy he was he never rushed his explanation to me or evaluation of my condition or answering my questions. He appears to be a very humble man. I was immediately impressed with the respect and appreciation he showed to his staff. I am 77 years old and have been to a few different gynecologists in my life and I would rate Dr. Andrews five stars. I am sorry to see him leave this area to practice in another state.

I bounced around from GYN to GYN in Nashville until someone told me about Dr. Andrews. I am so glad my friend recommended him to me. Dr. Andrews listens to you (you aren't just a chart) and comes up with solutions to your problems. I used to have to go to the GYN every 6 - 8 weeks. Dr. Andrews helped me find a treatment that I can afford and live happily with - and I only have to go to the GYN for my annual now. He has been the best GYN I've ever seen - hands down. I'm really going to miss him. Maryland is lucky to have Dr. Andrews.

When I moved to Nashville, I had a number of sensitive challenges that had not been dealt with due to the pressures of moving and life. Dr Andrews was amazing in that spoke to me adult-to-adult, was incredibly 'current' in his understanding of my area of concern, very empathetic and committed to helping me find a way forward. He listened when I approached him about a number of 'non-traditional' treatment approaches and helped me work through the pros and cons. My only complaint is that he is moving and it will not be convenient to see him if I have to get on an airplane for my next appointment! Greater Nashville's loss is clearly greater DC's gain.

Dr. Andrews spends enough time with me to where I feel confident. He is caring, professional, and tells it like it is. Wish he delivered babies though!
