Dr Jones is amazing He lalways takes the time to Listen and makes sure you understand what’s going on and always puts his patients First and he will never hesitate to make calls for you to make sure your needs will be met in a timely matter Lee sparks.

Dr Jones is the best has treated me for about 8 or 9 years now. He really cares about his patients. The staff is another story. No one returns your calls, I’ve had to drive 64 miles round trip just to get my questions answered on a few occasions. They have also screwed up my paperwork more than once. If I didn’t think Dr Jones was the best for my condition I would’ve left a long time ago.

I am a surgeon with chronic back pain. Dr. Jones has performed several rhizotomies upon my back (lumbar region). Not once did I have an adverse outcome. With each treatment, my pain free time increased.It has been 6 years since my last treatment.

Jeff Jones, MD has been my pain management specialist for 16 years. He is above reproach when it comes to patient care. You will not find a better doctor in this field!

Office staff is not professional. They do not make appooints in a timely manner. If questioned they become very indignate and treat you poorly. This last time they did not send the Insureance company the correct info so the insureance turned down the procedure. It has been almopst three weeks and the office staff still have not contacted us to let us know anything.

Dr. Jones was the first in a LONG line of doctors to which I had been referred. After a failed back surgery and MUCH frustration, anguish, etc., he was a welcome relief. He listens to you. He cares. He spends TIME and actually advocates for his patients, in their best interest. I have tremendous respect for him. Dr. Jones sets the bar for excellence. I only wish he handled other areas of medicine as well! :(
