He repair a tooth for my mother which also had a partial that should be attached to the repaired tooth. The tooth repair is fine however he didn't physically check that the partial would still fit properly in her mouth. She showed up with an appointment for the fitting. He just handed her the partial to her over the counter and said if you have any problems just give us a call back and then walked away. This is the complaint: Why didn't he fit the partial in her mouth to check to be sure the partial would fit correctly in the mouth....instead of handing it back to her. She 83 years old, she is not going to push back. When she got home, she place the partial in her mouth...it was painful and uncomfortable. She continued to use the partial only when needed because of the pain but when a piece broke off it became less painful to use. Also, office never did a follow up call to insure the partial has the correct fit. All this happened within a week. I thought about pushing back and… forcing the dentist to fix it however it is not worth my time for the additional stress to teach him. She will be using a new dentist to repair the partial.
