Terrible bedside manner. I believe that most of these reviews are bots or paid actors. Absolutely do not recommend!

ive been going to jeff pierce for about 4 years now. I was told by others that i was lucky to be walking. Well he has kept me walking just fine without getting unwanted surgery. I would and have recommended him to everyone.

I had a stroke 2 years ago that left me with pain and numbness on my left side. After seeing various Docs including 2 orthopedic Docs, Dr. Pierce was the only one that would listen to me. He ordered different tests such as 2 MRI,s, physical therapy, etc. I also received 2 injections, which I was very reluctant to do. They have helped so far and am scheduled for a 3rd once the surgical center is open again (closed because of the Coronavirus). I want to thank all his staff for their kindness and understanding. They should train staff members at other doctors office. Thank you Dr. Pierce for your professionalism and compassion.

Very knowledgeable doctor and staff. They took care of my back pain and improved my quality of life.

I had a virtual appointment with Dr. Pierce and was able to continue my treatment plan from my own home. I got to show him my environment and the daily struggles I face here, and he was able to still help me through their Telemedicine system. I definitely recommend you make an online appointment during this time of social distancing!!

Dr. JEFF pierce is very personable and attentive. He is always professional and makes you feel comfortable when talking to him. Highly recommend for others!

I only went to this doctor because my insurance company REQUIRED me to see him before I could talk to a surgeon re back surgery.If he doesn't give you a referral to do this, than insurance won't cover it. I had to get pushy before he'd give me a referral. He didn't think I was a candidate. After many MRI'S on my neck and spine over the last 23 years, I know how to read MRIs. There is definite impinging and herniated disks. If you have a knee injury, elbow injury, shoulder injury (etc) than you don't need to see him for a referral for surgery. I was not opposed to getting another opinion but I feel I should get to pick who I see, but my insurance company (Priority Health) required me to see him. Of the 6 other patients in the waiting room, we all had the same insurance. I waited over an hour in the waiting room. I already see a pain management doctor who has sent me to P-T, done epidural injections, given me exercises and has suggested acupuncture. But after 20+ years I just can't deal… with this pain anymore.

Dr. Pierce has treated my injury for over 17 years. Over the course of time, I have tried and been treated by countless doctors and specialists, but Dr. Pierce is the only person who could manage my condition, and help me improve the quality of my life. Over the years, while I have been going through therapies, appointments, and procedures, I have had a chance to learn about Dr. Pierce, the person. He is an exceptional, kind and caring human being. He is a great person, and I trust him with my life, and the lives of my family members!! Thank you Dr. Pierce!!!!
