I can hardly walk at the age of 60 after this doctor destroyed my knee. Only concerned with billing for his new machine & gave away opioids like candy, as long as u kept coming back. He worked in Arlington wa.

Dr Cartwright did hand surgery on me when I got flesh eating bacteria from a welding burn. He then did a total hip replacement and a few years later did shoulder surgery after numerous injections first. My back has taken a beating over years of heavy labor, Dr Cartwright's staff would get me scheduled in a matter of days to have a back injection so I could continue working. When does that ever happen! He disenrolled as a Wa state labor and industry provider because he cares about his patients care. Both my wife and I were heartbroke when "Doc" left Wa State and moved to Fl. Im sure I will never get the personal care that I received from this spectacular Dr.

I was most likely one of Dr Cartwright's first patients when he went into private practice. I had a compound break in my right ankle and he fixed me up great. In 2005 I was electrocuted on the job and he did both my shoulders and also replaced my right hip. They all work great with no problems. He was the friendliest Dr I have ever had and knows what all the latest and is up to date on procedures.

He is so good that I am in Fl. so he can do my sug.

Dr Cartwright treated me for severe osteoarthritis in both knees, using every available non-surgical treatment before discussing replacement. Unfortunately, I developed healing problems after the first replacement resulting in months of wound care including aggressive care to overcome the problems. Dr Cartwright was always prepared for my appointments, having researched the latest information on medications and treatments, made appropriate referrals for care and saved my leg. My faith in him allowed me to have the second replacement done. It was uneventful and I'm very happy with my improved functioning without discomfort. I appreciated his responsiveness, friendliness and his respect to my unique situation.

I came to Jeff in terrible condition,he helped me as much as possible, He and His staff made necessary referrals. It has been 11 years now, the shoulder where Jeff put me back together is still holding and functional thanks Dr. Cartwright. Much Respect; Too bad my insurance is a barrier. Could use your opinion on some stuff.

Dr. Cartwright lost all his labor and industries patients because they didn't trust him...

He is the best doctor you can go to. He cares, he listens, explains everything. You will learn to care an love him right off the bat plus his wife is so sweet. After your surgery he is there no matter what. For he truly cares bout his patient's. I'm in oklahoma now getting ready for knee surgery an I cry every day cause I can't get to Dr. Cartwright. He makes sure you are not scared here I am so afraid to do it oh how I wish I could get back to him
