About 5 years ago Dr. Chen did my surgery to remove as much as he could of a rare pituitary tumor. After who knows how many hours that he was at the hospital that day doing surgeries, he still came to see me around 2 AM to make sure I was ok and that the nurses were taking care of me. I never questioned him once because he genuinely cared about my recovery. I am so happy he is the one who did my surgery and helped with my follow up treatment.

I feel extremely fortunate to have had Dr. Chen as my surgeon for removal of a benign meningioma. He is a very gifted and compassionate doctor.

I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and sent immediatly to Dr. Chen. Within less than 24 hours, Dr. Chen had me set up on the operating table and removed my brain tumor. He is the best doctor I have ever encountered. He is honest and tells me exactly what is going on using my down to earth language. He is also sympathetic and has an excellent bedside mannor. I AM the most lucky patient on this planet. I'm not sure what I would have done without him. Without him I don't know where I would be. :o)

I was discharged after 5 days in Internal Care under Dr. Chen's supervision. Dr Chen did not accurately document the multiple procedures, tests and scans so transfering to a permanent doctor for future procedures proved very difficult. Dr Chen also was not available by phone for other doctors to contact him regarding my case.
