Dr. Jefferson Roy Lowry, DO

My son recently had surgery with Dr. Lowry.I could not have been happier.I was very nervous because I had read the poor reviews.I began to make appointments with other physicians as a result of my new found uneasiness in lieu of the severity of some of the reviews I read. My son was very comfortable with him and was not with any other specialist we saw afterwards.My son is a special needs child and with a diagnosis of an autism disorder.This fact alone makes my son a very difficult patient. Dr. Lowry and his staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, keep me informed and I was never made to feel that any question I had was unimportant-just the contrary. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Lowry and his staff. They made this experience a positive one on so many levels. It is with absolute confidence and faith that I recommend him 'ebulliently'. Thank you Dr. Lowry and your wonderful staff for helping a scared little boy comfortable during a very scary time!

Dr Lowry seemed overwelmed with patients and was unable to diagnos the cause of a swollen nose and congestion. Did not read my chart to see what meds I was currently on. Had to suggest to him to do blood work to check for MRSA infection. Was to confer with other Drs and get back with me. Never did. After 3 days finally was able to talk to his nurse with no real solution. Dr Lowry just seemed way too busy to give any great attention to the details of a specific patient.After talking with his nurse I decided I'd better find me another ENT.
