In 2007, he completed his residency in Neurology, followed by three additional years of fellowship training in Vascular Neurology/Critical Care Neurology and Interventional/Endovascular Neurology at the University of Minnesota. , Dr. Miley is well published in leading medical journals covering topics in the management of intracranial aneurysms/subarachnoid hemorrhage and endovascular stroke therapy. Dr. Miley has been board certified in Neurology since 2009 and Vascular Neurology since 2011, and he represents a small yet unique group of vascular neurologists in the United States who specialize in endovascular therapies. Dr. Miley is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and the American Heart Association: Stroke Council. He is also a peer reviewer for several medical journals and has served as an …instructor in Neurology and Neurosurgery. Currently, Dr. Miley is the only vascular and interventional neurologist who practices in Austin.
