Best Doctor around but Horrible location

Very caring and extremely intuitive

We had our daughter at other in and outpatient facilities and she was at her lowest when we checked her in to North Shore Medical Center. Dr. Prince and his staff had their hands full but did a very good job of calmly and consistently interacting with her and my wife/I and we noticed a substantial improvement in the weeks she was there. Our daughter continues to struggle in life but we are very thankful for the help Dr. Prince and Lauren Hook provided.

Dr Prince has been helping my daughter for a year now, he goes above and beyond in his work. He is truly dedicated, and is always supportive, available, and the best we have ever had in this field.

She's a biased ignorant person, who believes her opinion is infallible and that any suggestions or opposing beliefs are wrong. Started yelling and ridiculing me while having a panic attack claiming "I was faking it" . Very unprofessional.

Waited exactly 1 hour in the waiting room. No apology or acknowledgment from Mr. Prince or his office management. In fact, when we inquired about the wait, Mr. Prince insinuated that we were lucky to have an appointment and we shouldn't be bothered by an hour long wait. Yes, Mr. Prince, our time is just as valuable as yours. To make matters worse, Mr. Prince made a bizarre (and possibly construed as off-color) comment about our primary doctors first name. Previous sessions with Mr. Prince felt rushed. They were basically him writing a prescription and sweeping us out the door.

no contact with school guidance or nurse over medicates the children spends more time as a rep for medications
