I met with Dr. Chao when my Primary Care doctor at Kaiser was unavailable and must say that I appreciated his kindness, attentiveness, and patience. I have a lot of anxiety around doctor's visits and had many health concerns coming into our appointment. He listened intently to both my health concerns and validated my feelings of worry and anxiety, which I both appreciated and needed. He was able to provide me with a detailed explanation of the causes of my systems, outline treatment, and provide me with the peace of mind that I was seeking. I walked away from our appointment feeling much better. If I could switch doctors, I would.

Chao is my GP at Kaiser Mission Bay and, after rotating past the regular dismissive and disinterested doctors over the years, I must say Chao is the one to get everything done. Extremely knowledgeable, forthcoming, and ready to take action. Love it!
