Dr. Jeffery Scott Cooley, MD

The practice is your typical quick in, quick out with lots of paperwork and stops at different administrators. You spend 5 times as much time waiting and working with the clerks as you do with a medical professional. The office itself is crowded, hard to get around, and a rats-maze and very unappealing - setting a terrible tone to patients. Dr. Cooley spends very little time with you and seems hurried during the time he does spend. He was unable to diagnose the pain I was having.

Dr Cooley was certainly fast -- he saw me exactly on time. Unfortunately, that shortly turned out to be because he wasn't interested in actually talking to me. He had me go over my history -- he appeared not to have actually looked at my chart -- and told me "Yes, you have gall-stones. I recommend surgery." and we were pretty much done. He was completely unwilling or unable to discuss alternatives to surgery, and was out of the office in under 10 minutes. He never actually addressed the second of the two things I was referred to him for.
