Dr. Jeffery Don Garrard, MD

I have been Dr. Garrard's patient for almost a decade. He is efficient and empathetic, listens carefully, and always gives thoughtful feedback and good diagnoses. Over the years he has occasionally referred me to specialists and I find that his network of specialists is exceptional. I had difficulty finding good doctors when I first moved to Huntsville so feel very lucky to have found Dr. Garrard and his referrals. I am always able to get an appointment promptly if there is an emergency.

I have been a patient of Dr. Garrard for almost as long as he's been in his current practice. He is always attentive and knowledgeable and I have never had a complaint with him. He is efficient and direct; he gets to the point but always takes the time to listen to anything I need to ask about and provides helpful responses. I have recommended him to others and everyone I know who sees him has nothing but positive responses. If I have an emergency, I have never had a problem getting an appointment quickly.

Doctor Gerrard does not give eye contact. Most of the time he is staring down at his computer. He did not listen to my complaints and on 3 different occasions I needed surgery twice and more medication for a disease I have! I had to make my own appointment with a specialist after he refused...said I did not need to see a specialist!
