Dr. Jeffery Robert Neu, MD

I had an appointment with this doctor with my mother and the first question he asks her is "Do you speak English?" How does my mother's ability to speak English (which she speaks fluently) affect YOUR medical care of her? He also left the door open while he was in the exam room with my mother and I while we were discussing her treatment options. This is a huge violation of HIPPA, for which I will discuss with administration. I myself work in healthcare, and I would never imagine myself or my colleagues ever treating a patient like this. What a waste of a life. I never write any reviews, but I urge you not to see this provider. I'm sure any other doctor would at least give you basic human decency and respect.

I felt very comfortable with the doctor and his staff. He was very attentive and answered all my questions. He made some good recommendations concerning my COPD.

Seems tired and bored with his job. Not fully present when attending to my Mom.

Dr. Neu took care of my mother. He was kind and completely understanding even during the hardest days of her illness. It is a rare quality to find a physician who really cares today. He did...and made her feel safe. I will be forever grateful for his kindness.

Excellent Doctor , I see him for a daytime sleep disorder

Dr. Neu is a true asset to the field of sleep medicine. He is knowledgeble and compassionate in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders. I would highly recommend him.
