Dr. Jeffery Steven Warren, MD

I love you Dr Warren this is not about you, you are the best physician I know. but some of the people employed by your group need retraining, especially when it comes to patients. Patients that depend on your office for pain medications or any medication. I am sure I am not the only Patient that feels this way. I know things have changed but when did people stop caring about people or is it all about the almighty dollar now. Your office used to be better than it is now. I have to be in pain over the weekend because someone at your office is not doing their job. I called 3 times today and left a message about my medicine and no one called me back nor did they send anything to CVS. CVS does not call a physicians office to get approval for pain medicines I can"t go to the emergency room because I don't have money to pay for a visit. I don't have a job I am on disability. I hope that the people that did not do their job today don't have family members that need the assistance I… needed today and have to be in pain over the weekend because someone did not do their job but want to get paid for not doing their job!!!!!!! Can you tell I'm in pain?????????????I would not wish this pain on anyone. But someone has caused me to have all of this pain because you did not and can not do a job they are getting paid to do!!!!!!!!!!!

An excellent, compassionate physician

Dr Warren is terrific and his staff is friendly and courteous. I couldn't be happier.

I worked with Dr. Warren when I was a brand new LPN at a nursing home several years ago. He was awesome! He really listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and was happy to take the time to show me how to do things and why. For instance, a resident was injured and I had just cleaned it and applied some antibiotic ointment to a nonstick bandage and covered it until I could have someone else look at it. I managed to catch Dr. Warren, and he showed me how to reapply the torn skin now that it had been softened by the ointment. He was also nice enough to give me a script for prednisone when I had poison ivy without making me pay for an official visit. Once I had insurance, I used his clinic and even took my mom there, and she was very happy with the clinic, too. It is also the only place I've been where the staff will set you up with appointments right then and there if you need to be seen by a specialist. I would still go to his clinic if I hadn't moved away.

Dr. Warren was my physician, and the physician for my daughter, for several years. Then due to insurance, I had to change to another MD. I liked Dr. Warren very much. I have been an RN for 35+ yrs. I rec'd an appt. several wks ago and it was cancelled by EMME his sister. That ishow she identifies herself. She will not give her title or last name. She canceled my appt. one hour prior to my visit time. I told her I would be completely out of my meds for HTN and some other meds which require weaning..she was very rude..told me I could not see Dr. Warren as I had never been his patient before!!! She would not listen to me at all. I even phoned her back to relay that when i made the appt. with Kelly, office staff, I was told of the protocol that i had to be a former pt.etc...and I was found on computer. EMME, Dr. Warren's sister, lest we forget, stated very rudely, "YOU must just think you have been here before" and "You are not seeing my brother, go somewhere else", I asked why this is… happening..I felt as if I was in Twilight Zone...I could not believe it!.After posting this on Facebook, oh yes i have referred friends to him and wanted everyone to know..i received messages of how they were treated, one from an acquaintance who had been his patient for over 20 years, who has had no MD the past two years due to verbal abuse by EMME. I must say, when he was my doctor, I was so impressed with Dr. Warren, I referred patients to him. I was sad to find out that they had left due to maltreatment by primarily this same person. One had called to get her test results and had asked why it had taken so long, and was told by EMME, Dr. Warren's sister (no kidding she called herself this in 3 phone calls, even when I kept asking her name and title), so I could file a complaint with my insurance which I did; and the state which is in process) because I was left in a dangerous situation medically/physically. Now I have to seek a new provider and have no medication, so had to go to a doc in a box. The Dr. Warren I used to see, Yes I did not imagine all the years I went to him, would not like this situation. At least I like to think so. The one I knew was an excellent doctor.
