Dr. Jeffrey Brandon Armstrong, MD

This man is nothing more than a liar with a massive ego. Avoid like the plague. This doctor told me things I would then document (both on paper and with another person who I was forced to start bringing with me in to my appointment just to confirm what the doctor was saying) to bring it up in our next meeting, only for him to claim on multiple occasions he "never said any of that" and also that, "he would like me to prove it" which bewildered both me and the assistant I brought with me to aid in keeping the doctor honest. After my last encounter (during which the doctor became visibly irate) I was easily able to find another doctor! What a difference actually caring about your work makes! Instead of poorly and improperly treating me for 9 months with no diagnosis, my new doctor has happily taken me in and has figured it all out in less than a month! I never realized how bad his care was until I started receiving good care. I am now happier and healthier than I have… been in YEARS while I was seeing Jeffery Armstrong. This review is to truly help you in choosing a doctor, I wouldn't recommend Jeffery Armstrong to anyone. Was with him for years. I have heard so many complaints from locals in the area about him. I think it is very important to steer people away from his sub-par care. I hope at some point he views his patients well being as more important than profits in his pocket, but seeing as he has the lowest satisfaction rating out of anyone at his practice.. he probably will continue to not care!

Doctor Armstrong could not take the time to read comments in my Grandmother's chart before any of her appointments. He told her she was doing well and never once spoke to her about any potential diagnosis of dementia. Image this 83 year old women sitting at home on a Saturday and opening a letter from PennDot saying that she had dementia and her license was being revoked. Our whole family could tell her memory was slipping, and honestly she was not even driving anymore, as she never drove much in the first place. The issue was not just the revoked license, but the fact that her doctor, who she trusted, never brought up this diagnosis to her or explained anything that might come in the future, like a lost license. And for full disclosure, I went to appointments with her, and am on her HIPAA, so I know first hand that none of this was ever brought up to her.

Dr Armstrong is attentive and has spent a ton of time with me every time I go to see him. He seems to know lots of things that are preventative. He has helped me Focus more on my health, nutrition, and overall wellness. I have never had a doctor spend more time and be so thorough! I highly recommended him!!! Such a down to earth person
