Dr. Jeffrey Todd Arrington, MD

Dr. Jeff Arrington performed my Endometriosis Excision and Hysterectomy in December 2020. I could not be happier with my surgical outcome and improved quality of life. After searching for a diagnosis for many years only to be told there was nothing wrong with me I was so happy to finally find Dr. Arrington. He listened to every symptom and concern I had as well as what my wishes were going forward. He is kind, caring, compassionate and listens with non-judgment. I never felt that my concerns were being dismissed or that I was just a number in the practice. Dr. Arrington is one of the few doctors I have seen that took my anxiety disorder seriously and understood how stressful surgery day would be for me. On the day of surgery Dr. Arrington came to see me in pre-op twice to make sure that I was doing okay and that I had everything I needed. He walked me through what was going to happen once we arrived in the operating room and kept reassuring me that everything would be okay. … Once I was on the operating table Dr. Arrington held my hand the entire time until I went to sleep. My surgery was successful and my recovery was smooth without any complications. I am so happy that Dr. Arrington listened and believed me and now I can live free of Endometriosis symptoms and have a much improved quality of life. My surgery allowed me to continue to pursue my career dreams and goals which were not possible prior to surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Arrington to anyone who might be suffering with Endometriosis and having a difficult time receiving the proper diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Arrington did an excellent job of providing me with all the information I needed from my very first consultation to my last post operative appointment. Dr. Arrington is incredibly knowledgable about how to diagnose and effectively treat Endometriosis. He also does an excellent job of explaining all of the treatment options and the risks and benefits associated with each of them. There was never any pressure to make a decision that I was uncomfortable with. I am forever grateful to Dr. Arrington for giving me my life back.

Jeff is the very best of the best. He is knowledgeable, patient and very understanding of his patients needs. He puts very clear communication out there in a friendly supportive manner. His level of care and concern is second to none.

Dr Jeff Arrington at Centre for Endometriosis Care in Atlanta is a Nook recommended doctor and 10 weeks ago I had surgery with him at Northside Hospital in Atlanta where he did a hysterectomy to address fibroids and excision of stage 4 Endometriosis. I am one of his international patients who flew into Atlanta from Jerusalem to have this surgery done. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis 20+ years ago and had 2 surgeries (neither were excision or with Endo Specialists) before my third with Dr Arrington. One of my concerns with choosing a doctor I never met in person before was the lack of medical history as their patient and how that would impact the relationship, especially when it was such a big deal kind of surgery. I didn’t have to worry about this with Dr A. He is a kind, gentle and patient person, who after reading my file had several email conversations with me laying out options in detail, responding to my questions/concerns, etc. He was always timely and responsive, which was… great for me given our time difference. We also had a Skype call when I made my decision and wanted to go over a few things with him. It was a very empowering experience for me and one I’ve never had with any kind of doctor. To have a doctor listen to me, take my concerns seriously and talk directly with me (not at me or to my partner as I’ve had previously done), to have me make the decision of what path of treatment I wanted to take after explaining all the options to me, including a hysterectomy (something no other doctor even wanted to discuss with me) was mind blowing. The day before the surgery, we met and went over the surgery plan together, he made sure I was comfortable, answered any questions I had. His kind and supportive team at CEC went over the procedure for when I got to hospital, who I could expect to meet before and after surgery. I’ve never had this kind of medical care before. After years of having no one to talk with about my illness, the experience with him and CEC was so welcomed and reassuring. He and his team made me feel so comfortable, so taken care of, I didn’t have to worry about anything. When you’re coming from way out of town for a major operation with someone you’d never met in person before, these things go a long way to help you feel at ease.

Dr. Arrington is a literal LIFESAVER. He, and the multidisciplinary team he put together including Dr. Masik and Dr. Gouldman, who excised stage 4 extra pelvic endo from different places in my body including ab wall, bowel, diaphragm, uterus, bladder and more. I traveled from Nevada specifically to see Dr. Arrington as his passion and knowledge far exceed any other doctors I have researched and come across. He is the type of doctor who will call you when he is running to get this kids if there is a problem, or answer your emails at all hours of the night. This is not something you can say of every doctor and is very comforting as a patience who is going through uncharted territory. I hope others are able to see Dr. Arrington to help fix this extra pelvic endo that so many probably have but do not know what to do. A++++++++++++

I traveled across the country to be treated by Dr. Arrington after exhausting every specialist that was available to me in my own state. His bedside manner is above and beyond anyone that has ever cared for me. There are very few surgeons that specialize in what he can do, and he is absolutely meticulous in his surgical skills and put me at ease even when there were some unexpected complications. He even provided me with video of the surgery he performed, which was a very difficult surgery to say the least. I honestly wish I lived closer to him, but even though we are in completely different time-zones, he still keep tabs, and checks on me from time to time as I am still healing post-operatively. I would not hesitate to travel and see him again if i ever would need it for any reason.

Dr. Arrington is, hands down, the best doctor I've ever had. I had been suffering from endometriosis for 3 years, during which I had two laparoscopies and was on lupron (none of them worked), and then I found Dr. Arrington. I finally felt heard and understood, which makes a huge difference when you're beginning to think your pain is all in your head. He is far more knowledgeable about endometriosis than any other gynecologist I have been to and was able to give me real answers instead of "this might work." He performed a wide excision surgery on my endometriosis and almost a year and a half later I am still pain free, which I was starting to believe was impossible. You won't regret having him as OB/GYN.

Dr. Arrington is wonderful at communication about concerns during a case via email, he is the first doctor I've had who would actually take time to listen, and his staff are incredibly helpful!

Dr. Arrington has been my doctor for 5 years and I have had two children under his care. He is an excellent doctor! Very knowledgeable and easily answers any questions you may have. I never have a hard time getting in for an appointment. His staff is also wonderful. I actually enjoy going to the doctor when I go to see him.
