I have been with Dr. Baker for about 5 years now. He is like visting a friend. Very good bedside manner. Always makes me feel at ease and I feel like he cares. Never tries to rush me out. Listens to what I have to say. Excellent.

Truly a family doctor who cares. He will discuss topics without making you feel rushed.

Office staff is HORRIBLE. It's nearly impossible to get an appointment because the line is either busy or no one answers. Dr. Baker missed a diagnosis in one of my family members, but handled it well. With the exception of this one issue with his care, we have had good care over the years.

Office staff incompetent regarding billing, etc. Once scheduled a procedure and then called the day of to cancel as they forgot to schedule a physician to do it. Had appt. with Dr. re: question about a test. I called many times and sent letter and received no response regarding answer to my question.Dr. made comment in joking manner several times that was inappropriate.

Dr Baker is great. He takes the time needed to answer your questions and any concerns you may have. Getting through to his office takes a lot of patience (line always busy, at times the receptionist is very rude--but to be able to see Dr Baker is worth the negatives)

The staff are quite rude and make it very difficult to see the doctor. Once you do get to see him, he is very caring and competent. He also does not have call waiting so the line is usually busy.

It was great to meet such a caring doctor in the State College area that has a holistic background. My wife and I feel that we made a good connection with Dr. Baker and will encourage friends and family to visit him.
