Dr. Jeffrey R Bartnik

Dr. Jeffrey R. Bartnik was born and raised in Western Massachusetts. He graduated with honors from American International College in Springfield Massachusetts with a B.A. in Biology in 1984. Dr. Bartnik graduated from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 1988. He practiced in Holyoke Massachusetts from 1988-1994, and in Cincinnati from 1994-present. Dr. Bartnik is married with 3 children.
Dr. Bartnik is committed to remaining up to date on all of the latest dental techniques and materials. He continues to attend numerous conferences and continuing education seminars to upgrade his dental skills and knowledge. Dr. Bartnik's goal is to involve you in determining and providing the optimum dental care for your individual needs.
Office Staff
Caroline has been with Dr. Bartnik since 1998 and can perform every aspect of dental assisting, reception and practice management.
Tricia has been with our office as our receptionist since 2009. She is also a dental assistant.
Keri is our …weekday (Monday-Thursday) Dental Hygienist and she has practiced in Cincinnati since 2005 and recently joined our practice.
Natalie is our Saturday Dental Hygienist and has been in practice for 10 years in several area dental offices.

     We believe everyone should have their teeth for a lifetime. In order for you to achieve this, we want to aid you in attaining and maintaining excellent dental health (resulting in a pleasing smile, healthy teeth and gums, and a comfortable bite). We will work with you to develop a treatment plan that suits your needs and desires. Today there are a surprising number of new materials and techniques to help better serve you. Where appropriate, we will show you and explain these advances to you. Once dental health is achieved, you will find how continued prevention against dental disease will make your dental visits far more comfortable and enjoyable as well as less costly over your lifetime.

     Our goal is to provide services that allow you to attain and maintain good dental health as well as a pleasing smile for a lifetime. We can help you achieve this goal with recare/cleaning appointments and cosmetic services customized to your needs and desires.
     We want to develop a personal/professional relationship with each and every patient, and gain your trust in order to provide you with our individualized dental care for years to come.
Fees -
     Payment is requested at time of service. If extensive dental treatment is needed, our Business Assistant will be glad to discuss with you third party financing and payment options available through our office before any treatment is started. If you have Dental Insurance, we will be glad to assist you in filing your insurance forms so that proper reimbursement can be received. For your convenience we accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
Insurance -
     As a courtesy for our patients, we submit insurance claims to most Insurance Carriers. We also can treat patients on insurance plans with Provider Networks. Most PPO (preferred provider organization) plans with provider lists will pay for treatment performed in our office.
     If you provide us with your Insurance Plan information, we can help you verify coverage and determine copayment estimates.
     Most insurance plans are not designed to pay the entire fee and require you to pay the difference between benefits and actual cost. We will agree to accept payment from your insurance carrier directly, but the portion not paid by the company should be paid immediately after the insurance carriers check is received. We will send out a bill after such payment.
     Whether or not you and your family have insurance, we can provide you with different payment options so you can choose the one that fits your family's budget.
