Would not go any were else. Great staff very help full

I was told that they were not accepting patients over the age of 65 when I called to ask about the practice because they are too busy. This only came up when I mentioned that supplemental insurance was medicaid. Not a good sign, glad they are too busy as they seem rather obnoxious before you even get seen.

I have never been treated like the way I was treated when I went to this doctors office. The receptionist was rude and nasty to me because I was a new patient and that I booked the appt on zocdoc. If they dont like getting appts that way they shouldnt be connected with that app. The receptionist was not welcoming and did not even say hello all she did was bark at me and ask me if I was new. I felt very uncomfortable. I was about to leave but I took off work to go to the dr and get medicine. I had hardly any voice and felt really bad. She then preceeded to tell the nurse loud enough for me to hear that Im a snotty little thing. I will not be going back to this office due to the nastyness of this receptionist. I felt the doctor was so nice and very welcoming and its sad that he has a receptionist that treats people like this.

Dr. Beal is a very professional, kind and caring physician. He has a kind and curtious bedside manner and an excellent knowledge and medical practice base. It is evident that he truly loves being a physician. He spends time to answer any questions and concerns related to personal health or the care of others while caring for his patients on a professional level. I am truly blessed by God to have such a wonderful physician!! :) May God always bless you and your practice.. Thanks for being you!!
