My knee pain was so bad I thought I would need knee replacements. I was using a walker for months. He did a steroid injection and fitted me with a comfortable brace and the next day I was walking with just the brace.

Does this Dr accept Tricare Prime insurance?

Dr Been seems to be knowledgeable in his field. He is very brusque in questioning you as to what is going on with you. He did explain issues that was having with hip. Gave instructions which I will follow. There was no mention of follow up to see if hip was improving. Left it if you want other injections can get in 3 months. I was to try to figure out what I did to hip and try not do again. I wish I knew but have no recollection of injuries Was a little taken back there was no follow up appointment to see if improved I assume if you don’t call back to get shot they think all is ok. Again I feel he is very knowledgeable in what he does.

Listens to complaints well.

I have never been treated with so much disrespect or disdain in my life and after reading comments I'm under the impression that is because I'm medicare medicaid

It really must be nice that your office has so many patient's and you make so much money that you can afford to turn down someone who can't afford a co-insurance and has to travel to your office 62miles round trip just to be turned down over $15.00. At least your office could make a simple note to let people know that they must have a co-pay up front before being seen when they call for an app.All I have to say is it's pittyfull .

I have had several surgeries done by Dr. Been. He is a very caring and compassionate man. Everything he has done has been great for me, I have had a broken arm, broken wrist, shoulder arthroscopy and a knee replacement, I come out like new! Thank you Dr. Been!!! You are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His staff is very good too, and the waiting time is not bad at all.

Dr. Been replaced my left hip and it went very well. He is very personable and knows what he is doing. No complications with my hip replacement!

THE STAFF WHERE GRATE , HOWEVER DR.BEEN NEEDS TO REALIZE IF IT WASN'T FOR US HE WOULDN'T HAVE A JOB . HE USE TO BE SO SWEET , BUT NOW I WOULD NEVER GO TO HIM , CAUSE HE DOSE NOT HAVE TIME OR DAY FOR ANYONE . I WISHED HE WOULD OPEN HIS EYES AND KNOW WE ARE ALL HUMAN AND WE HAVE FEELINGS TOO .

I couldn't ask for a more caring doctor. When my daughter was injured, he spoke to me on the phone late at night; got us in with his partner the very next morning because was going out of town. Then he checked on her MRI report at night, let me know it had not been dictated yet at the hospital, and then called me the next day between surgeries to let me know the result once the report had been dictated. Again, he got us in to his office the very next day. He has gone above and beyond for us. And we have never waited more than 10 minutes in his office. Excellent care!
