Dr. Jeffrey Scott Berkley, MD

This dentist was abusive to my wife, to the point she cried all the way home from his office. He was demeaning, made her feel ashamed to be there, and spoke to her like a child. She was sent there by her local dentist for terrible jaw pain. Do NOT subject friends, family or neighbors to this man.

Dr Berkley charge me 4000$ for bone implant (NOTHING) and for a new implant (NOTHING) I’m 75 years old getting a pension from SS of 560$ amonthy...(what a nice guy)

The courtesy and kindness of Dr. Berkley's West Haven staff was a most unexpected experience. I have had recent physical and dental office appointments and the staff here by far exceeded my expectations of just normally being treated like any other patient. They called me by my name, seemed truly genuine and caring. This is not the norm today and this made me happy. The assistants were polite and professional. Dr. Berkley was very nice and listened to my concerns and thoroughly answered all of my questions. Overall, I was very pleased with this experience and I would definitely recommend this office for any oral surgery needs you may have. My ONLY complaint was the office seemed dated aesthetically and could use a serious makeover /facelift. Thank you West Haven for making me feel like you cared about me.

I had a tooth extraction which went well and there were no complications. However, the office staff is very unorganized. I waited an hour for my appt while other patient with later appt times were taken before me because of office staff confusion. I waited almost an hour for my follow up appt as well because they schedule spots every 10 minutes and then run behind schedule. I tried to reschedule but was told there was a 2 week wait. I think he dentist may be skilled, but the office does not seem to run smoothly.
