I have seen both Dr. Jeffrey Berti and Dr.Toula Berti, they are wonderful doctors!! Thorough and caring. Highly recommend them for your dermatology needs.

Dr. Berti is an excellent doctor. I have seen him for years and always leave confident of his diagnosis and treatment. He is always welcoming and professional. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Berthi is one of the best doctors I know! He is knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his patients. He always takes time to answer my questions, and provides me with thoughtful and thorough responses. He is exceptionally well trained (Mayo!) with a plethora of knowledge for both medical and cosmetic dermatology, and always suggests treatments that are research based and work! I’m in my 30’s and cannot tell you how INCREDIBLE my skin looks following Laser Genesis treatments. This machine does wonders! It builds collagen, helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, decreases hyperpigmentation and redness, and so much more! I have also seen Dr. Berthi and his office staff for laser hair removal and microdermabrasion; both of which have yielded extremely successful results with little downtime. His nursing staff are also so kind. I have worked mostly with Kelly and Ashley, and they are both wonderful both personally and professionally. They are also very detailed and meticulous… which I really appreciate. This office is one of a kind, and I recommend Dr. Berthi and his staff for all your dermatology related needs!

I have been seeing Dr Berti for years and feel very confident and comfortable with Dr Berti and his staff. My experience began with mole removal and skin cancer scans, but I've also relied on Dr Berti to help me with poison ivy.

I visited Dr Berti for skin cancer scanning and the treatment of poison ivy. The entire staff is professional and makes me feel comfortable. I consider Dr Berti and partner is health maintenance.

Dr Berti is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He takes the time to listen, assess and then explain, with a sense of humor and realness.

I had poison ivy. I went to another dermatologist who diagnosed me with insect bites and was given an antibiotic. It got worse so I went to St. Alexius ER. I was diagnosed with cellulitis and possible MRSA and was given a stronger antibiotic. The next day I saw Dr. Berti and as soon as he walked in the room, he told me I had poison ivy. With the previous doctor, lab tests and the ER, it cost me over $600 which I could have saved if I had gone to Dr. Berti the first time. He gave me prescription cream which immediately started making me feel better. I highly recommend him and would not go to another dermatologist. I recommend him to all of my friends.

He was absolutely horrible. I agree with all the other comments that I just read. He was arrogant, non caring and very nonchalantly told me infront of my then 8 year old daughter that I possibly had basal cell carcinoma (aka skin cancer). He took three scrapings off my skin, sent them off to a lab.. the lab tested the scrapings on different days so he charged me several copays, rather than one. And then he told me that I would have to "wait" for 10 days for the results as he was going on vacation! Seriously? The office visit ALONE was 200, which I was never informed of. I also heard recently that his wife who works there and does dermatology work isn't even a dermatologist. Cocky is an understatement! I make sure to tell everyone I know to NEVER go to him. There are plenty of derms out there besides him. Total scammer.

I feel like he spent adequate time with us, but did not really spend any significant amount of time examining my teen's face. We were there for severe acne and my teen is very self-conscious. We were looking for some relief. We walked away feeling like we were being used for testing. After numerous costly visits, there is no noticeable change. On top of costly office visits, the prescriptions we've had were ridiculously expensive... hundreds of dollars. I don't want my family to be used as guinea pigs. I expected that after several months, we would see some improvement. I don't feel he is able to pinpoint the problem and is just trying different products. After 15 years in practice, I would expect more. I am looking for a new dermatologist.

Dr Berti was very quick during my visit, as though he didn't have time for me. Dr J Berti misdiagnosed me and I found out a week later that I had skin cancer. He called me to tell me this and talked down to me over the phone, treating me and talking to me like a child. Overall, he was rude, cocky, and basically treated me for something that I didn't even have. I will never go back to him and I definitely will tell family and friends never to see him as well.
