My office visit was great I paid $270 something dollars for new lenses and they wanted to charge me $7.6 something they have new nose pieces put in you think they would known I was rebuilding an old pair of frames and they would just put some nose pieces in it that's just bad business

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLANCO EYE CARE!!! Shortly after ordering new glasses, they broke & we were told replacements have been ordered; that was OCT 2020. After multiple phone calls and pleading, the new date to receive the glasses is FEB. of 2021. That is ridiculous! For someone like me who has had recent surgery, in a cast, fixed income & no functional glasses to be told there is nothing they can do for 3 ½ month is unbelievable & bizarre. They have refused to refund our money or provide reasonable answers outside of the glasses are on back ordered. Do not walk away from Blanco Eye Care, RUN!!! Customer service is not when everything goes “right”, it’s when it “doesn’t”. Truthfully, there is only one individual in their office that is pleasant to be around, the balance of the staff is dismissive at best; also, the heavy-set lady in the frame fitting room has no business dealing with the general public, she is extremely rude & condescending. Find another eye glass facility,… not Blanco; DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BLANCO EYE CARE in Morris.
