Everyone that has been leaving a review is absolutely right and I couldn't agree more. We have all obviously experienced the same problems, which is one of the biggest at their office. I was a patient there and I was treated horribly. The staff is very rude and talk badly about their patients in front of you as if you weren't there. I can only imagine what they say about me when I leave. The lady at the front screamed at me for not making my payment on time. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. On top of trying to pay off my braces I felt like their billing is totally off and I was over charged. I asked the front office staff person to look at my bills and she couldn't even understand what was charged or what was going on.

Worst Orthodontist. Staff is rude and don't wear mask over their months while working on you so every germ they have you get to breath in..yuk. They talk about other's as if no one hears and it's so unprofessional. Their work is not state of the arts. They even double bill insurances which I hope gets reported. Go anywhere else other then here!!!

I am sorry to rate this so low but this is the WORST Orthodontist we've ever gone too. Seriously, they have the bedside manor and expertise of people who don't care. They take braces off to soon and treat you like you're are not even human. I honestly don't know how they are able to stay in business with there lack of care and training. If you can go anywhere else then do so or stand your ground in being treated like a person!
