Dr. Jeffrey Robert Boxman, DO

Dr. Boxman is a very caring doctor. He takes his time with me. He also very passionate about his job. Never had a problem with any of his staff. They have been kind to me. I feel lucky I am seeing him. Recommend. I have not waited more than 10 mins in his waiting room.

Has a very long waiting time , well over an hour, dog constantly barking in the waiting room area (stressful) with a bunch of dog toys and bones, etc. behind the reception area. Thought that was kind of weird for a doctor's office.No artwork, paintings, etc. at all on the walls of the office ; all walls bare but clean and nice. Dog barking is stressful to those who don't like to hear that.

Great doctor, spend one hour with me. Coming up with a game plan, tests needed and bloodwork. Will be back in 2 weeks

Took my Mom here. We really like him. Easy to talk to with and a good sense of humor. He explains everything in detail. Doesn't seem to rush you as some doctors do. Highly recommend!

now don't get me wrong. The guy is a good dr but he treats his patients like they are ants and you can obviously tell he uses and abuses his staff. His nurse is the worst!! you want to get a call back?? oh good luck with that. She does not care at all and she needs to re-evaluate her career and passion. Thankful for the staff

The doctor in this practice is very knowledgeable and professional. The staff is kind and courteous. However, the nurse in this office, who has been there for years, is the most uncaring, nasty, and incompetent RN I have ever encountered in my life. She never returns calls, speaks to you like you're an idiot, and makes more mistakes on my medications each time they are called in. If it weren't for Dr. Boxman's compassion, I would have let this practice long ago.

Dr. Boxman was super nice, thorough and made me feel very comfortable and re-assured me that my EMG on my legs was not as bad and horrifying as I thought. He was very professional and would highly recommend to anyone that needs a neurologist. I am a very picky patient when it comes to doctors too.

Dr Boxman seemed genuinely concerned with my problem and took enough time to make me feel that he did. Perhaps that is why sometime there is a short wait but I definitely did not feel I was there for him to make a buck and go on to the next patient as is the case with so many doctors today. He quickly diagnosed the source of my headaches and the prescription he gave me cured them as he said it would

Dr Boxman was first Dr in many years to want to investigate and find out what was causing my symptoms. He spent time taking my history and asking me questions, ordered tests, then referred me to cardiologist when problem might not be neuro, then followed up with me even though diagnosis ended up not being neuro, and only neuro was stabel menigioma

1st visit waited 1 hr 45 min2nd visited waited 45 mincalled to ask nurse question never ret. call, called again 1 week later then she returned callDr. gave diagnose and script for pills to feel better, never explained what it is or what to expect, if he spent 10 minutes with me that was a lot
