Dr. Jeffrey Orlando Burnett, DO

Dr. works part time. He is in the office 2-3 days only a week and when he is in, he starts late and ends early. No sick appointments so I have to go to urgent care. His staff is overwhelmed, phones constantly ringing and nurses/receptionists ignore them. The doctor will yell at them in front of patients. Once, when I was in the waiting room, I could hear him yelling and degrading one of the women. He's a good doctor and I'm comfortable, but after the 3 times I've been there, I'm thinking of changing. I want a dr to see me if I am sick, not be sent somewhere else. There is no where for staff to wash their hands and office is filthy.

I'm very fond of Dr. Burnett! He's the best!

IT appears this office cannot afford a cleaning service or an answering service...office is dirty and disorganized...Do not ever try to get a hold of them after hours because you cant ...

Easy to talk with and discuss medical care alternatives.

Excellent doctor and staff. Always available, never a long wait. Fantastic!
