Dr. Jeffrey S Butts

I woke up one morning with an extreme case of swollen gums. I called around my area looking for a dentist within my dental insurance network and was blessed to find that Dr. Jeffrey Butts, He was in my network, was accepting new patients and had an opening that very day. I was so blessed to get in to see a dentist that day. My gums were swollen and my jaws showed it. I was in such pain that I was almost delirious. His team was great from the telephone call, appointment and my face to face visit. Thanks Dr. Butts for being knowledgeable, professional, being in my BCBS network and taking care of my swollen gums miraculously. Great support staff too.

This is by far the best dentist office I’ve ever been to, the people are great down to earth and genuine all around I love this place .

Do not go to this Dentist! Reason: Dispensing Pharmacy drugs but not using my Pharmacy benefits but charging twice the amount. So disappointed in him. He knows our community is on a budget, don't take advantage of your own people!! When did the dentist office start dipensing medication.

Just love Dr Butts and his staff, I am very afraid of dentist period. Dr Butts make sure i am very comfortable.. he listens to me and makes sure I know whats going on at all time.. I value this is a dentist . His staff is amazing .. I drive an hour to get to him and its worth is.. A + quality and staff

Dr. Butts is very knowledgeable and has a nice professional demeanor. Has very competent Dental Hygientists also. Two things that I did NOT like: 1) Charged me $250.00 to re-cement my bridge. 2) It took about 4 months to receive an estimate from the Bookkeeper and I had to write a letter to her to finally get a response.. a final quote. She said the Insurance Co. was hard to reach which is no excuse when there is: email, certified mail, regular USPS mail; the phone.
