He is very nice. The girl that works in the back with him is good also. Had a hard time getting a correct estimate from office manager. Won’t bring my other kids in due to incorrect insurance info

Have a great experience with Dr. Caputo. His assistant in the back is also nice. The problem I have with this office is run around I got and different quotes. The office manager was not nice even after I dropped off all my documents regarding my coverage. Will not bring my other kids to this office.

I had a great experience with Dr. Caputo. He is kind and explained everything. Assistant in the back was also good . The problem I had was getting a correct estimate for my son’s procedure. I have two dental insurance plans and nothing went well with them. The office manager was not nice even after many calls and me dropping off the information from my insurance statements. I know I won’t bring my other kids to this office after all of this.
