I highly recommend Dr Carter and his staff. I do t ever recall coming through a procedure without any pain. I had zero pain. Great group of experts in one group. Expecting to get have other wrist done soon.

Dr Jeffery Carter is Awesome. He has a dry sense of humor , pleasant personality. He looks you in the eyes and explains everything in a way you can understand, he allows time for questions and doesn't hesitate to tell it as it is. I would refer all friends and family in need of orthopedic care to him.

Dr. Carter has been great with my broken ankle. Takes so much time with me. I would highly recommend him!!

My latest visit to Dr. Carter was for a continual stiff shoulder. Luckily, I do not need doctor visits too often, but years ago, Dr. Carter was recommended to me. His thoroughness, his plain and simple explanations, and his ability to make you feel like a deserving patient are huge qualities to me. He finds the problem quickly. He gets me on the road to recovery just as quickly. Dr. Carter and his staff are quick to respond to any question or request. I could not ask for more.

Dr. Jeffery Carter failed to diagnose my daughter after a major motorcycle accident....He talked down to her because she couldn’t walk but NEVER did a physical examine... He talked as if she were faking her issues...My daughter had to have hip surgery shortly after by a competent doctor in Dallas...Due to the severity of her injuries, she’ll have a second surgery soon...”Failure to provide proper care, better yet, NO care”....I’d give him a 0 if I could....

I initially had a bit of a wait with Dr. Carter but when he came into the exam room he shook my hand and introduced himself. He examined my knee’s and asked several questions regarding my previous treatment’s. He pulled up his stool and went over my x-rays it’s me. He explained everything in great detail. I had several questions and he was very patient with me. What was great was that he gave me my treatment options and really listened to my concerns which helped me to proceed with surgery. 6 months later and I am doing great and happy with the results!!! I now don’t mind if I have a bit of a wait because I know that he is so patient and will go over everything in great detail. I recommend him highly to anyone.

Had a simple knee surgery done by this guy! He always made me feel rushed in the office. Always a long wait to see him and it is a year later and still don’t have the quality of life! Would highly suggest not going to this discussion Cypriot unless you want to get ruined for life!
