Dr. Jeffrey John Caspar, MD

First time Dr Caspar saw me after unsuccessful surgery when I almost lost my vision, and fixed what was done wrong. After that I was transferred to another ophthalmologist who just offered glasses for my problems. After almost 15 years from first surgery, I decided to see Dr. Caspar again, he said he can help. He did another surgery and I can see again. I am 86 y.o. now. I just want to say how great he is and I appreciate him so so much. I trust him and I will recommend him to all my family.
