This is the worst doctor I have ever seen. If I could rate him ZERO stars I would. He was very rude, uncaring and inconsiderate. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Excellent in his field. I was extremely please with the results of my sinus surgery and I CAN BREATHE!!! Surgery was relatively painless and at 4 weeks post-op I feel great and am sleeping through the night. I would highly recommend Dr. Chimenti even though his appointment wait times are long.

I've had about 5 appointments with Dr. Chimenti in the past six months and each time I have had to wait at least 1 hour past my appt. time just to get into an exam room and then typically 15-20 more minutes to see the doctor. I left before seeing the doctor at my last appointment and I won't be back.

I took my 2.5 year old there. We arrived 30 minutes ahead of appointment time just in case there was some paperwork, plus I was hoping we would be seen earlier. We waited 2 hours and 35 minutes!!! Yes, are you reading it right. Our appointment was at 4:15 pm (we arrived at 3:45), and we finally saw the doctor at 6:20 pm. Now, picture an exhausted whiny 2.5 year old who is sick, waiting all that time. He had a complete meltdown when the doctor finally arrived. I complained to both the office manager and the doctor. The manager told me that this doctor is ALWAYS behind, and she was sort of surprised why we expected to be seen on time. I consider it absolutely unacceptable to make a sick 2.5 year old wait in the reception area for hours! I paid my co-pay and left, but I will never go there again and will make sure that the doctor who referred me there knows better than to send other clients there!!!

I have waited no less than 45 minutes for every appointment with this doctor. Today, after waiting an hour and a half, I walked out without seeing the doctor! He may be good, but why do I have to wait so long to see and ENT? Is he behind because he schedules too many appointments?
