My mother visited his office the other day so he could preform some nail care, as her toenails are very thick. She is diabetic. She left his office with a gaping wound on her second toe. It was bleeding profusely, and it wasn't even covered with a bandage. He never mentioned or acknowledged the wound that he left. Later that night the toe was red, swollen, and hot to the touch, indicating a possible infection, which, of course, is incredibly dangerous for someone with diabetes. Perhaps there was a reason for the damage, but the fact that she was sent out with an gaping, bleeding, deep wound, with no instructions on how to care for it, was very concerning.

Dr. Chism is quite professional and also quick and competent. I see him every 3 months , primarily for ingrown toenails and a couple of recurrent callouses. He treats them quickly and thoroughly and even made time for me to treat a terrible pain which he discovered was a sharp piece of a nail. I'm so glad he's providing this care which I can no longer do for myself!
