Dr. Chong is very nice but this office is a nightmare. The nurses are incredibly rude and I end up having to call back multiple times to get my prescriptions ordered and they even have a habit of sending them to the wrong pharmacies or ordering the wrong meds. Avoid this place for your sanity.

This doctor is THE WORST and I had a terrible experience. First of all.. He didn't even say hi or asked my name. Consultation was a rush and barley listened to what I had to say. He prescribed me Wellbutrin ( which would have given me seizures according to my psych) and Glyburide (dropping my blood sugar low). MISDIAGNOSED me with 10.9 A1C Diabetes medication when in reality my blood sugar came out at 5.6 when I went to other doc. I had terrible side effects because of the misdiagnosed..TERRIBLE DOCTOR!!! DO NOT GO HERE! I will be filling against him.

My wife and I both love Dr. Chong,been going to him for over a decade now. Maria his nurse and assistant is awesome. She always gets things done and is always friendly and helpful.Love this office!

I have been a patient with this doctor at Century Medical for 16 years. Polite and caring bedside manner. Keeps detailed records of long-time patients. Office staff is very accommodating with prescription refills and other requests.

Worst encounter I have had with any doctor. Dr.Chong makes you wait weeks to approve your refills because he is either on vacation or too busy. I had to wait two weeks for my much needed medication. Plus he is always late to every single appointment. When I mentioned to Dr.Chong that I couldn't wait weeks for my medication, he quickly got upset with me. Horrible doctor !!!!!

When I visited this doctor, he told me to get a blood test in their office since they have a laboratory there in Vanowen as well as a chest x-ray, but I asked him first if these would be covered by my insurance, he stepped out for a while and said he would check it out, he came back a minute later and told me that the insurance will cover everything. However, after my office visit, I received a bill statement charging me for the costs of the chest x-ray and the blood test despite what my insurance already paid them. When I called their billing department, the lady was so arrogant. She kept putting the blame on the insurance that my
