I was misdiagnosed for years until he called me a pain pill seeker. After begging for an mri, I had bulging disks and needed surgery. Had he taken the time over years to LISTEN & TEST, I am sure this could have been prevented. He was great at Trinity in Crestwood but now it's like an assembly line...

Look elsewhere, anywhere! A doc in the box is far better! Bad office, doctors, and nurses. They've treated my colds and even the a bad case of the flu last year with no problem. After seeing Clifton for years, quality of the office has declined. I wasn't happy about this but it wasn't the end of the world. Went to see them recently with severe stomach pain, they took weeks to schedule a simple hida scan. Turns out I need my gallbladder removed after waiting for weeks in agonizing pain with no medication. This was even after I called them several times asking for help. After getting my results, I promptly asked for a referral to a different doctor. When I questioned their office about not calling people back, leaving me in pain, etc. they suggested that I visit the ER and claimed they'd refer me to a general surgeon. Guess what, they never did. I had to call more times and practically begged for a Gastroenterologist referral. They finally did but only after I called the referral doc. I… got a letter from Clifton today asking me to look for another doc. Wow! So if you might be REALLY sick... they don't care. You are more likely to get help for a simple cold than something serious which really makes alot of sense. Avoid them like the plague!

Dr Clifton is the best I’ve ever had! Perfect? No... But as close as any Dr could be. He is kind, a good listener, insightful, knowledgeable, helpful and provides exceptional care. Thanks!

My experience with Dr.Jeffrey Clifton has been great. He is so smart, can answer any question you pose to him. So kind, great bedside manner, and very thorough in evaluating your symptoms to diagnose your illness. I trust him to take care of me!!

I went to Dr Clifton for years prior with no issues. I kept telling him something was wrong with my back and he kept telling me there was nothing wrong with me. After a year of complaints, my lower disk ruptured and left me in need of surgery. This could have been prevented if he had listened.

I highly recommend Dr. Clifton as a doctor. I have been using him for about 10 years. He is always very courteous in his recommendations and listens well. I have never had a bad visit.

Dr. Clifton has been my doctor for several years and my mother and daughter have also been his patient. He is kind, courteous and competent. Importantly, he actually takes time with his patients, answering questions and explaining his diagnosis. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

After an initial visit to this office, I was pleased and thought the visit was thorough. Due to items discovered during the visit, what soon followed was mis-information given over the phone by nurses, along with waiting, and delayed response in reading additional tests. This has caused our family great concern and worry and their lack of timeliness and courtesy is beside our understanding. We will be looking for another clinic...

As a patient of approximately ten (10) years with Dr. Clifton, and having a best friend who is an M.D. at The Mayo Clinic in Jax., Fla., I have come to know many in the Medical profession. I served as the Director of H.R. for Bruno's for many years and was exposed to a muliplicity of Doctors in many states. That said, Dr. Clifton is one who rates very highly on my list, as well as others who I know as his patients. The assessment to the right pretty well sums up my opinions. Just thought I would take time to place my "two cents", into the mix. I would like to hear what others think as well.

Dr. Clifton is a very caring person. I think he's a great doctor. He always listens to me and spends time with me. He doesn't make me feel rushed or stupid for asking crazy questions. :-)My husband would never go to the doctor's office until I got him to see Dr. Clifton. Now if he has a problem, he's like "I've got to go see Dr. Clifton". I wish more doctors were as kind and as compassionate as Dr. Clifton is.
