Dr. Jeffrey Colvin, MD

Dr Colvin has been my doctor for a very long time. I had seem many doctors and been treated for nerve pain through nerve ablation in my lumbar. Dr colvin sent me for an MRI and when he looked at it he found that the problem was really coming from above my lumbar that there was nothing wrong with my lumbar I had the nerve ablation from him and epidural later and I have been more pain free since I met him. He also did that transfer on me. He has never been anything but kind concerned and professional.

Dr. Colvin was to perform an RFTC in my low back. Injected me 7 times, even in the buttocks. I was completely numb down my left leg when I got home. Tried to use restroom and fell, ambulance picked me up off floor. In wheelchair , tried to stand and turn to sit down and left leg didn't move. Took very hard fall breaking lefy hip socket, back, pelvis and 3 ribs. Called him to see what he did and said i thought left leg broke. He said "what do you want me to do and said i should be at the hospital." He never called or asked how i was. Never called to see why i didn't return to clinic. Spent 10 days in hospital.

I had back pain for years surgery after surgery with no luck. I heard about him, so gave it one more try something new the back stimulation. For the first time in my life I got great pain relief. He and his staff was great In what they do, I would tell anyone who needs a back doctor to go see him.

Dr Colvin deserves a better rating , but his staff is the worst I have ever seen. Not only did they forget to schedule my appointment but they sent my prescription to a pharmacy 3 hours away ! When I called to get it straightened out, they said that I told them to send it there and it can't be changed since it would raise a flag. For their incompetence ! Pitiful!!!

Dr. Colvin is a great dr. Very caring and helpful. But his office staff is awful. They now are holding my prescription hostage because they didnt receive an insurance referral from from my dr and office visit isn't paid in full. When pharmacy charged my card for cash price of meds $400, they couldn't run for my office visit the next day. So, they thought patient care is forcing withdraw and pain by refusing to send pre auth to pharmacy for my medication. Since I had to have pharmacy refund money because I can't afford $400 and insurance won't pay without pre auth, I can't pay them. They caused this chain reaction and they could care less if they are forcing me in withdraw and extreme pain I can't even move. And I have no way of contacting Dr. Colvin to talk to him about this.

Great doctor with tremendous knowledge and friendliness. I don’t see how anybody could not like him or say negative things about him. He is a great man and great doctor!

Have been under the care of Dr. Colvin for over a year. Worked me in at first and helped get the pain in my lumbar spine under control. Staff is friendly and care is provided in a stream-lined manner.

This man was incompetent and his negligence put my health at risk. I am still getting bills from his office after they botched my procedure. I would not send my worst enemy to this office.

Completely unprofessional, arrogant, put my health at risk.
