Dr. Jeffrey William Colyer, MD

Dr Colyer is more than a doctor or surgeon. He's an amazing human being and the most caring person I've ever met. He performed emergency surgery on my hand after a horrible accident. He did a fantastic job and I can't thank him enough for everything he's done for me. He repaired and pieced my hand back together in ways that shouldn't have been possible. This man is my hero!

I had an emergency involving all tendons in my wrist severed by a glass cut. I'm back to normal now 4 months later!

I was almost tempted to go to another Dr because of reviews. I don't know what is the matter with people to review a Dr on personality, he is not there to be your friend! Although I found him to be very personable. I would see him again if I had another accident and needed a PS, without a doubt. Wonderful Dr on all levels.

Jeffrey Colyer is a sexist, pedantic doctor who treated me like a child, spent less than ten minutes with me, and attempted to schedule a significantly invasive surgery for the next morning after taking over a WEEK to get me in on an ER referral. I am SO glad I decided to get a second opinion after my visit to this practice. The other doctor spent much longer with me, explained the situation in concise, medical terminology rather than speaking to me the way you would to a seven year old, and produced an entirely different diagnosis, which required a significantly less invasive surgery. If I had stayed with Dr. Colyer, I would still be in a cast instead of mostly recovered and functional. I’m not sure if he treats every patient he sees like this, or if it’s just because I’m a young woman who came in at the end of the day, but despite multiple questions (and a phoned request for him to speak with my physician relative, in case he would respect them enough to actually explain the… procedure) I was given a rushed, infantalizing diagnosis. I’m disgusted by the fact that this man COMPLETELY disregarded my description of what was happening with my injury, and am truly thankful that I sought a second opinion rather than accepting his diagnosis, which would have seriously affected my recovery. You know your body better than anyone—don’t allow a doctor who won’t even listen to what you have to say operate on it.

I had a mini-face lift and had great results with Dr. Colyer. Anyone that gets any plastic surgery and expects no scars is totally out of their mind. I had great results with Dr. Coyler and I will go to him again. He is very kind, gentle, and listened to what I was looking for. I recommend Dr. Coyler.

I had a mini facelift & a brow lift as well as my upper & lower eyelids. The results were very minimal. Now I have an EXTREMELY noticeable scar at my hairline. Still have the wrinkles, just have a noticeable scar to go with it. Have scars at the corner of my eyes as well. Not happy. If I had it to do all over again, I definitely would have chosen a different doctor. Terrible work on my face.

I just wanted to say that I LOVE this Plastic Surgeon. Dr. Colyer is the best. He takes his time to observe you and what procedure you are looking to get. Best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever come in contact with. I am a 31 year old mom who has a 5 year old and a 6 month old. I went into him a hot mess with my body. and instantly he had his idea of what he wanted to do and what would be good for me. (with my inout of course) I had a brest reduction and a full tummy tuck with latterals. Best decision I have ever made. The outcome is fabulous, compared to what he had to work with I was a cup size J, and Had alot of excess skin on my abdomen. I LOVE what he has done. I feel so confident and my husband loves it. If anyone has any questions or wants him to do your work, you cannot go wrong.
