I had my first and last visit with this provider. He needs to learn how to listen At this visit he stated I need to have a home sleep apnea study done and told me my insurance wouldn't cover the cost for the testing device. I told him I can't pay this myself. I told him this many times over. The next day I received from the sleep study lab . Avoid this doctor. He needs tonlisten REALLY listen

I have been a patient at HFM in MTWC going on 8 years now...Unfourtentally I never seem to walk out of there satisfied! I have had a few bad experiences with them (nothing to extreme) but lets just say I avoid going to the doc if at all possible. However, I decided last minute to go have something checked out and was relieved to find out my DOC was just there helping for the day and just maybe this would be a better experience then I had anticipated. And it was! I was maybe there a total of 45 min which is extremely rare, my nurse was also very accommodating and open, Dr. C sat back and LISTENED to what I had to say vs cutting me off and rushing...He explained everything, answered any questions, and reassured me that not only do I have options, but that he intended on trying them all until something works! I have only been in the area for a few years so I do not have a primary doctor as of now but Dr. C explained that he was actually a family practitioner and that I was welcome to… follow him! I now have an appointment scheduled and am looking forward to having him as my primary doctor. And have also already had improvment since my visit with him. :)
