Dr Cox is wonderful. He always truly listens to my concerns and always has an answer. He is patient and caring. I would recommend him whenever I have the chance

We were never able to see him. We were always referred to his PA Raul which left alot to be desired. We came specifically to see the doctor as we needed a medication refill and we still only saw Raul and were told that they cant refill the medication without the doctor seeing you! When Dr is in there with you he spends 5 to 10 minutes at most in there with you and is very short. I felt like a number on a paycheck to him nothing more. His bedside manner is horrible!!

Dr. Cox was mine and my mother's physician, being specifically recommended for us, by our prior doctor who retired. I'll admit to being a little apprehensive at our first meeting, he being younger than myself. A first for me. But he was exactly who we were told he would be. More than anything I appreciate how much time took with each of us, answering any and all questions we had. He even sent me to physical therapy for a condition that most have no idea pt is availble for! A couple of years ago I was having dizzy spells, and Dr. Cox immediately sent me for blood work. He then personally called with the results, approaching the situation with as much care and concern as one would expect from a friend, explaining what the next steps were, and ordering additional tests before I even saw a specialist. When we each received a letter stating Dr. Cox was leaving the practice to pursue another opportunity, my mother and I were both sad as we felt safe in his care. He took his time… with us. And was never off-putt by my "independent research", or concerns about possible long-term effects. He really worked with us and talked to us instead of at us. At my last appointment I asked, "What do we have to do to follow you wherever you are going?" Thank you very much, Dr. Cox for everything you have done for my mom and I. We are going to miss you. And Raul! We love Raul just as much! :) *pay attention to his socks...anyone that pays that much attention to subtle details is someone you want on your medical team*

Being a mother of three toddlers, it was hard to find one doctor that fit our needs as a family. That was until we found Dr.Cox! He is not only my children’s Primary but mine as well. He is very interested in getting to know each of us; we’ve never felt like just another ‘patient’. He addresses any issues or concerns we have in a compassionate/ knowledgeable manner. The only issue I have is with the office; if I ever need to call the office for something, it is very difficult to reach a ‘human being’. I believe they may be short staffed, so I can’t ding Dr.Cox for that. Everything he has done for my family and I has been top notch; we are extremely blessed to have him as our Primary Care Provider.

You hardly speak to Dr. Cox he directs all of his patients to his PA, Raul. When you do talk to him there is no care or concern. You are just a number on a paycheck to him.

Dr. Cox listened, responded, spent appropriate time on the subject at hand. Then he informed me that each visit could only include one issue at a time. As he did nothing for the issue and hand, and refused to even look at a rash unless I made another appointment he does not meet my needs. I can not take off work/find a sitter for every single issue.
