Dr. Jeffrey Michael Craig, MD

Dr Jeffrey Craig is an excellent neuro physician. However, he does not like speaking with family concerning his patient, and he becomes defensive and emotional if you question his treatment procedures. It’s his way or the highway.

18 hrs in ICU for a stroke and my father has still yet to see & meet this physician!! Unacceptable and will be escalating this matter.

This physician is not caring or competent. He has a poor bedside manner, is cold, uncaring, and dismissive. Upon getting a second opinion, I also found him to be less knowledgeable than other physicians. I do not recommend him.

Dr. Craig spent more time with me discussing my problem than any physician I have ever had in the past. He is very caring and compassionate. He is clearly a very intelligent physician. The nurses and students all spoke very highly of him. From his treatment of me, I can see why they do.

This is one of the worst physicians I have ever saw. In my opinion pathetic beside manners. It is a shame WFBMC employes such a horrible physician much less lets him teach medical students. Great example of why our healthcare system is in the dump.

Dr. Craig performed a lumbar puncture on me and was most caring and competent. I would recommend him to anyone who has to undergo this procedure. Dr. Craig made sure that I knew exactly what he was doing and told me what to expect at each step in the process. One of the best experiences I have ever had in a medical office.

My opinion is this physician is one of the worst I have ever seen. I am very surprised WFBUMC allows this doctor to continue seeing patients. I would rate his beside manners at a 0 on 1-10 scale. I would never let any family member see this physician again.
