This medical practice is run in a mayhem fashion with both doctors and staff that are rude and incompetent! I can only guess that their positive reviews are from family and friends! CONSUMERS BEWARE

Patient, kind. Really care about my family

Proceed with caution. Dr. Cramer’s manner has changed recently. He is directive and intolerant of discussion, challenge or questions about his advice or medical decisions.

Prides himself on personal call backs. Says all his patients are his “friends” and will be treated as such. Good luck with that. Complete falsehood(!), but that’s what he promised on initial consultation. Office doesn’t respond when express scripts phones them for refills. They would simply ignore the request until my wife or I would follow up. Accordingly, you’ll run out of your prescription(s) unless you stay on top of a rude and inyielding staff. Terrible record keeping. Failed to get medical records from previous practice, though he promised he would. Said they’d send them over to him as a courtesy. When a medical emergency occurred, his office claimed to have no record of my previous condition - though on my initial visit with the doctor he reviewed this very condition. It’s the reason I switched to him. While suffering, his office callously said I might hear from the doctor in two days at the earliest. One particular employee was obstinate with my wife. I think Dr.… Cramer knows his stuff, so if you can put up with a hurried and rude office coupled with unresponsiveness, he might be a good fit for you.

Not a competent physician. Short won't listen to you and rushes you. No bedside manor at all.

I have been Dr. Cramer's patient for over 35 years and have had a good and loyal relationship with him until now. I visited his office without my wallet and had to pay the full amount and I was told by the receptionist that when I bring back my medicare card, I will be refunded the extra amount. When I came back with my card, I was told that they will refund me my money only after medicare approves. I was upset and asked to speak with Dr. Cramer, the office manager, Diane, lied that he had gone for the day, when I could see him in the back! I said that if not resolved I may want to switch doctor. Diane said angrily that I can take the transfer request. I said I first want to speak with Dr. Cramer and see if making that call. Today when I called for refills and also had an upset stomach, Diane said I am no longer his patient because I said I was leaving. I told her she was lying and that I am still their patient. She would not let me speak to Dr. Cramer and told me that he told her to… decide what is right. I stayed with Dr. Cramer for ca 35 years for loyalty (as many people said I should leave) but he refused to treat me for my upset stomach, did not bother to meet me, and did not return my loyalty, and allowed his office manager to be vindictive because I was upset with her in the past. He lost a patient because of poor staff behavior.

With this doctor, you get 15 minutes whether you are finished or not.. At my last office visit, I told him I wasn't finished, and in the hall he said, "Can we do that next time?" Next time? Are you kidding me? On a previous visit he recommended stopping taking an important medicine rather than sending me for a more standard test.

I've been seeing Dr. Cramer for about 2 years and he has been wonderful. His staff is friendly and helpful and the wait time before being seen is not even enough time to finish a magazine article. Dr. Cramer has worked with me on several issues and makes me feel as though he really cares about my well being. I would recommend him to anyone!

Was not told I was to receive general anesthesia for procedure to be done by Dr Cramer at hospital (which I had previously had done without any anesthesia.) I had been seeing his partner for a respiratory problem for two years. When I objected that there was no pre-op consultation so I could have mentioned my problem - I was informed by Dr Cramer that his "staff" had informed me, which was untrue. He turned on his heel and walked out - so I left a complaint at quality control and went home.

I have been a patient of Dr. Cramer's since he first set up shop 19 years ago. He is the best physician I have ever had, able to diagnose issues immediately, prescribe, and send me on my way. The office staff has always been caring, professional and able to meet my needs for an appointment, etc. I highly recommend and commend Dr. Cramer and his staff.
