Dr. Day and his nurse Heather are amazing people. We've been going there for almost 12 years now. Friendly staff and always willing to help however they can.

Dr. Day has been my childs' doctor for over 12 years. He's very attentive, loves kids and makes them feel special--he's playful but never talks down to kids. He takes time to explain diagnoses and treatment. He's very knowledgeable and attentive to detail. If he has a concern about a serious health problem, he is cautious and orders tests or hospital visit, then follows up personally with a phone call afterwards. He is part of the Cook Childrens network and has connections to the best pediatric specialists in our area. His staff are very warm and friendly and go out of their way to be helpful to families.

Dr. Day has been our pediatrician from the very start. All of the doctors at Cook Children's are great, but we love Dr. Day. He is kind and caring, and has a lot of patience. He can coax a shy child out of her shell, and doesn't even roll his eyes when the parents ask what probably seems like a ridiculous question that he hears all of the time. And the nurses are the best at giving shots. They are fast and efficient and it is over before you are even aware it began most times.
