Loved the efficiency of the Doctor and office.

Dr. Dietz was wonderful--listened, asked good questions, personable, provided helpful information. However, the company who does their billing is horrific. I provided my insurance info at the time of appointment and twice directly to the billing co and still: no claim has been submitted and I am receiving dunning notices. I would not use them again, sadly.

Rotator cuff surgery. Went great. Still in long term recovery (PT). Very happy.

I had been referred to Dr. Dietz through my neurologist and I can understand why she spoke so highly of him. He was kind, compassionate and willing to listen. He was accommodating when it came to schedule surgery. His staff was top notch and they too deserve five plus stars. Thank you providing awesome care!!

Dr. Dietz took time from his holiday with his own family to help care for ours. He's an excellent doctor, and as important an excellent human being.

An excellent surgeon! The healing process was quick and relatively pain free.

A colleague of Dr. Dietz performed surgery on my hand but was on vacation when the stitches were to be removed. A nurse removed the stitches and Dr. Dietz came in to examine my hand. He hardly looked at me during the exam. He showed no interest in me and neglected common courtesies one would expect from a doctor, no matter how busy he was. My wound had become infected and I showed Dr. Dietz a list of antibiotic allergies I had. Despite the fact that Cleocin was on my list he prescribed Clindamycin which is another name for Cleocin. I had a violent reaction to the RX. My body was covered in hives from my neck to my toes. The original surgeon saw the rash and put me on Prednisone to counter the reaction. Dr. Dietz has not apologized for his mistake; nor has he shown any concern.

i read the previous comment from a patient that gave dr dietz a bad review and was baffled. why would this patient fault this doctor for exercising caution in someone with a serious previous heart condition. i applaud him for not rushing into surgery without considering the patients historymy experience with this doctor could not have been more opposite. i found him to be caring and compassionate. he answered question so that i could understand the diagnosis and the treatment. he was available by phone for questions (called back in 5 min one time on a weekend!) my injury was complex and his skill in the operating room and the office was top notch by my estimation. i would recommend him to anyone

I found Dr. Dietz to be very professional and easy to talk to. He helped me understand my problem and the treatment needed. I would recommend him to anyone with an upper extremity problem

Dr. Dietz pretended to be my cardiologist and deemed me inoperable for a wrist fracture that became displaced while in a cast.My cardiologist if consulted would have given permission for surgery as I had passed an echo stress with very good numbers and when seen just 2 months before the fracture was told I was doing very well and didn't have to see her until one year later. He did not consider that I am in by mid 60's(not mid 80's)and spend a large amount of time when I am not working tending to multiple flower gardens and a huge vegetable garden as well as hand sewing large quilts. In fact no where on the intake sheet was there a place to list these types of activities. As a result of the displacement I have limited range of motion, weakness of the hand grip, and weakness of the forearm. I doubt I will ever be able to quilt again. I believe Dr. Dietz in treating my fracture was looking out for his own interests in avoiding any risk which was none to minimal in my case. If one… considers that to be human is large part due to what we create this practice has little humanity.
