Best oral surgeon ever!! Great and friendly staff! Highly recommend anyone!!!

Let me start off by saying I'm terrified of dentist offices and hospital. ! Well now I have gotten overmy fear of the dentist.... Well at least this dentist. the staff, super friendly and patient.im so glad I founf them I'd recommend to anyone in need of some oral care.

I went to see Dr. Eisner to extract my tooth and was referred by my regular dentist. I was quoted a fee for the extraction which I accepted. The day of surgery the office staff informed me that I would have to pay a consultation fee which would be deducted from my extraction fee. The problem begins at this point when I was seen by the doctor. He now changes the story and tells me he needs to do the entire implant procedure, bone graft and crown and quotes me a fee of $5,000. I only went to him to extract the tooth and I was going to go back to my regular dentist to continue the remaining procedure to completion. My regular dentist had already teated me for an implant procedure previously which I was very happy with the results and he was planning on taking care of the implant at this time also. After listening to what Dr. Eisner's plans were and the expensive fee he was planning on charging me, I left the office without the doctor doing anything at all and the office staff refused… to refund the consultation fee. They decived me from the very beginning, they basically lied and were extremely rude. Afterwards I went to 2 other dentist's for an estimate who never charged a consult fee and their price was half of what Dr. Eisner was going to charge. Dr. Silvestry is a superb Dentist who performed the extraction and the complete implant procedure and I am thrilled that I found him. He s experienced, knowlegable, and his prices are reasonable. Be very careful when dealing with this doctor. He and his staff are liars.

Dr.Eisner is the best oral surgeon i could have ever asked for. Not only did he take his time explaining everything.But once he extracted my wisdom teeth i must have called him 10 times and every time i called he either answered right then or called me back with in 10 minutes. His staff equally as amazing, right when i called they fit me in. then when i got there they helped me with all the paper work and with all my dental insurance stuff. I can say as long as Dr.Eisner is in practice i will only be seeing him. Thank you all so much!

What a great office! I was hesitant based on the post that spoke horrible about their front staff. I thought they were great even calling me the day after to see how I felt. They had me fill out my paper work on thier website and called me to go over my insurance. When I say the doctor the front staff knew exactly what my insurance would cover. When my insurance paid they over paid by $5.00 and they called me the same day they received the check to give me a refund

The dentist and nurses were great.Front office staff very rude unfamiliar with insurance billing BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a great experience with this Dr. and his staff. I went there because my face became swollen and I was in horrible pain. After seeing my dentist Bal Harbor he said it was my wisdom teeth. I was not happy that he recomended a surgeon all the way in Kendall. My dentist said he could send me to someone closer but that if it was his wisdom teeth he would only go to Dr.Eisner and that his 3 kids had their wisdom teeth done with him as well. So, I felt I had to go to this Dr that was a 45 minute drive.When my dentist secretary called they said I could come right over but there would be a wait because they were working me in as an emergency. I was not happy about that. When I finally arrived his staff helped me fill out the paperwork because I was dying of pain. I waited about 20 minutes and looking back I was not very nice to his staff about the wait because I was in pain. They explained that as soon as he was out of surgery he would see me. When I met him he was very nice and… informative and apologized for the wait. In hindsight I had been already told prior to arriving that there would be a wait. He offered to do the surgery the same day but it would have to be with just the shots to the mouth because I had ate and was alone or I could come back with a ride and be put to sleep. I chose the latter and came back the following day. Which he did not have an appointment for an saw me during his lunch break. The surgery was painless and the recovery was exactly the way they said it would be. They even called me the following day to check on me.Looking back I have no regrets driving the distance. Aside from being a very attractive man :) he was wonderful as were his secretaries and nurses.
